HIV50plus — Awareness Campaign & Information Materials
Visual communication and campaign materials developed for the research project HIV50plus at the School of Social Work, FHNW.
The project addressed the often-overlooked reality of ageing with HIV and aimed to communicate research findings in an accessible, respectful and visually engaging manner. The design focused on creating clear information materials while reflecting the complexity and diversity of lived experiences.
A central visual element was the typographic treatment of the number 50+, developed through an extensive iterative process to balance visibility, legibility and symbolic meaning. The resulting visual language served as a recognisable anchor across the campaign materials.
